Grand Daddy I.U. paints a picture of his neighborhood with “My Neck of the Woods” off of his current album P.I.M.P. (Paper Is My Priority) that dropped in February 2015. Daddy U gives out advice and pays respect to a fallen friend and mentor as he rides over a smoothed out beat with a soulful vocals filling in the hook.
