Special Guest to Include DJ Knuckles
MySpace Music, the world’s premier music community, is proud to announce the “Beyond the Sound” concert featuring Mike Jones, Bun B and Paul Wall at The Loft in Atlanta, GA, on Wednesday, April 22. The Texas hip-hop icons will perform a free show for their MySpace Music friends to celebrate the release of their upcoming (and recently-released) respective albums, with special guest DJ Knuckles. Doors open for the show at 8:00 p.m. and admittance will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. “Beyond the Sound” is a new music program bringing MySpace DJs and producers across the country together to perform alongside buzz-worthy artists, giving fans an in-depth look at their music via intimate live shows and video interviews. The “Beyond the Sound” show featuring Mike Jones, Bun B and Paul Wall is being powered by Coca-Cola.

Jive Records’ legendary hip-hop duo UGK recently announced the release of their final studio album “UGK: UGK 4 Life.” The sixth studio-album from the influential southern duo, Bun B and the late Pimp C, is a poignant culmination of their musical legacy and was issued on March 31. “UGK: UGK 4 Life” embodies the pure essence of UGK and the late Pimp C’s signature production incorporating the down and gritty Texas sound they created over two decades ago in Port Arthur, Texas.
